OCAT is the City of Oshkosh's Community Access Television Channel. OCAT can be seen on Channel 10 on the Time Warner Cable System in Oshkosh, a city in East-Central Wisconsin, U.S.A.

OCAT is all about Oshkosh: its people, groups, organizations and government. While the programs may differ, the theme is the same-- "Bringing Oshkosh Home To You!"


Funding

OCAT is funded by the annual franchise fees the City receives from Time Warner Cable. No tax dollars are used to support the channel.


Use of OCAT

OCAT has the staff, equipment and resources to assist you in the development of community programming to be cablecast on the channel.


Cost

Except for nominal costs for videotape and training classes, usage of OCAT facilities and equipment is free of charge!
